Crazy for Comments Winners Announced
News and Updates at Site Sketch 101
I’m excited today to announce the winners of our Crazy for Comments Cash Giveaway.
This contest was a far greater success than I could have ever imagined. We started it off on the one month birthday of this site and ran the event for two weeks. During that time our comments grew from just over 200 comments to just below 800 comments. That’s an average of 40 comments per day. I’m very happy with that!
We had over 100 comments on the contest announcement itself!
We now have 6 prizes to give away to our loyal participants: $50, $25, $10, and 3 awards of $5. Congratulations to the following six winners!

If you are one of the winners, be sure to contact me right away to claim your prize. You can either email me directly at holas84(at)gmail.com or just leave a comment on this post.
Be sure to use the email that you used when you left the comment so that I will know that it is not somebody else trying to claim your prize for you!
You’ll need to let me know a PayPal address that I can send your money to or an address that I can mail it to.

Hua Chen » I don’t have threaded comments set up here, but I recommend that you just start your comment with the person’s name that you are speaking to like I do on all of my comments. This let’s everyone know who you are replying to. At most blogs threaded comments only end up getting used by the blog author and I want everyone to interact with each other here so I’ve decided not to use them. I hope this help and I hope it explains why I have it set up this way.

Wow I really was way off when I stereo-typed this blog.
The design is unreal and the site content is amazing, I added your blog to my Feedly feed reader and started flipping through and commenting on a few articles.
I honestly thought with the tremendous amount of comments here that the last thing you actually payed attention to would be comments and how many you get.
It’s nice to see a blog at this level still interact with their community. Makes me feel better about commenting too, haha.

Extreme John » One of my greatest joys about blogging is being able to connect with real people on a real level. I love being able to answer questions and talk to people one on one. I’ve learned that you can accomplish a lot more when you work with people one on one. I’ve heard a lot of colleges brag about having small class sizes where people can ask questions and learn at a greater detail.
