Thanks for the list of fonts! My favourites out of these would probably be Junction and Aller Sans.

Eric B. » You’re welcome. I’m glad you liked them.
Surender Sharma » Great. I hope that you’re able to make something really nice with them!
InternetHowBlog » You can install these by downloading the zip or rar files to your computer. Then extract them to a folder on your desktop. Then copy the font file into the fonts directory on your computer: C:\Windows\Fonts. Once you do this the fonts will be available in every program on your computer including Word, Photoshop, etc. I hope this helps!
Mantiuxa » You’re welcome. I’m glad you like them!
George Serradinho » Did you see my last font post? I had some sketched fonts that might work nicely for children. I’ll also do some looking around to try to find you some more. Here’s the link to the sketched fonts. Let me know if it helps or not. http://www.sitesketch101.com/articles/fonts-graphics/10-beautiful-handsketched-fonts/

Awesome Fonts.
I will use these for Logo creation.
Seth W said:
I think Logos are about the only great place to use new fonts. Otherwise the fonts do not always allow for compatibility on different browsers.
Nicholas Z. Cardot said:
Seth W –> Right. I see typography used in artwork also that looks great. Because people can always load a jpeg in their browser.
InternethowBlog said:
Fontin is my favorite out of all of them. So, can these fonts be installed to Microsoft word?

Those fonts are really beautiful! I liked Diavlo the most. But, I would like to know if there is a chance to add these fonts to my word document or may be a hack to install in blogger or something?

Sat Chen –> I’ll check that out as well. I’m curious how to make them.
lindsay said:
cool list.. my fav is definitely Gentium. The others do leave a little to be desired in their traits.. theres always something off about certain free fonts.. These atleast put forth the effort to make something VERY close to professional.
my fav. font right now (it changes often) is Avante Garde. I went through loads of fonts for my logo and that was the one I settled on. I have the whole book, and its amazing, very versatile.
For grunge, my fav is “Birth of A Hero” although i seem to see it everything.. that and Bleeding Cowboy
Nicholas Z. Cardot said:
lindsay –> At lease you found one that you like. You are right that it is hard to find really impressive looking free fonts.
Ron Boracay said:
Cardo fonts seems to be great for professional sites. Thanks for this tip Nicholas.

I really like Fertigo.
Am not much into web design though (not even photoshop) so I wouldn’t know how to add this to Microsoft word or notepad. But thanks for the tips. I didn’t even know some people actually makes a career out of developing new font styles. Now I do.
Seth W said:
Yeah it is pretty crazy that people have careers from Typography, but I guess everyone has a niche right!
Ron Boracay said:
Just copy those fonts to your font folder (usually under windows folder).
Then it will come out as an option at all of your software like MS office, photoshop and more.
ZXT said:
Was this reply intended for me? I am actually asking how to integrate it with WordPress so my post will have these fonts.
Ron Boracay said:
ZXT, its for Pinaybackpacker, she is asking on how to add those fonts at her MS office applications and alike.
TO add fonts for wordpress you may want to check this links:
This one discusses a plugin for wordpress fonts:
blogsessive.com/blogging-tools/anyfont-wordpress-plugin/
And this one discusses changing font on the stylesheet:
wordpress.org/support/topic/124619
Hope it helps you ZXT!
ZXT said:
Thanks Ron I will check those links out. I thought your reply was for me.
Nicholas Z. Cardot said:
ZXT –> I don’t think that you can put fonts on a blog except in images. You can only display fonts that people have installed on their computer unless you put them in a graphic.
ZXT said:
Nick, my blog I think is using a default font from WordPress (or my theme) and I want to change it. I think its a little bit small that what I prefer. I can see you are using a rather larger font here in your blog Nick. So what font is it and how did you change the default? Or the fonts are included in your theme?
Ron Boracay said:
I think you can edit those settings on the stylesheet.css of your theme. If I am not mistaken. I don’t use wordpress (as of this time) that much .
ZXT said:
Okay I pick Fontin Sans. I installed anyfont plugin, now how do I install the font to WP?
Ron Boracay said:
Check your anyfont plugin, maybe, there is a portion there where you can put or simply change your fonts.
Jordan said:
Thanks for the sweet list
Nicholas Z. Cardot said:
Jordan –> You’re welcome. I’m glad you liked it.
