9 Amazing Hand-Sketched Websites

Here is a collection of amazing hand drawn websites. The art displayed in these websites is absolutely terrific. I’m a huge fan of making a strong use of texture based artwork. The textures and colors in these websites are great. Bold colors. Original designs. Excellent work here.

I hope that each of you will take a moment to check these sites out and leave some feedback of your observations in the comments section of this post. Stop by and let me know what you think of these links!

Pretty amazing. I think designs like that won’t work for some sites, but in the right situation designs like those are impressive.

Evan » I completely agree. There are so many different styles of sites which can include these textured sites, or Web 2.0 (glossy) sites and so many more. You really have to find what works for you and move on. But even with that in mind, as we develop our skills in this we should constantly be taking in work from each category so that we can continue to learn! Plus by always looking at sites better than our own we can then be our own best critics and we can work to make our own sites better by implementing principles that we see at other sites.

The designs are seriously awesome. But I don’t think none of them will suit well for running a professional blog. Anyway, my favorite design would be Simon Reynolds. Really very cool! Love to have one like that!

Well, those are all professional sites. But it depends on what your blog is about and what are you trying to communicate – if you mean original and fun, then a sketch design may be the one-

This is a perfect example for a web design or artist website. The main page alone will prove their work (aside from their portfolio).

From all the template in your post, i’m love Booma Web Design, it’s so simple but attractive. Well, the other is also good but i think it’s too rich design, my eyes will get hurt if i look it for a long time.
