I've been using it for quite a while and what a difference it makes!! If you take the time to set up browser caching properly it really does go a long way. On my site, after a visitor loads the page for the first time, each page load after that is practically instant. The CDN integration is pretty useful too. Nice list btw! E.g. i cannot use the sidebar plugins because my template does not allow that in the layout. w3 total cache is amazing but it gives too many options that confuse the average joe or john like me :P. So i switched to w3 super cache. The post has a very practical collection of plugins that covers nearly all aspects of webmaster arsenal. Thank you.
